At McKahn Wines, we believe in giving back to the vibrant communities of the Greater Bay Area. We’re pleased to consider supporting local non-profit organizations through certificates for private tasting experiences at our downtown Napa tasting room location, Mia Carta. While we would love to fulfill every request, our donations are limited, and we focus on opportunities that align with our values and community impact.

To ensure your request receives full consideration, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Timing: Submit your request at least 45 days before your event to allow for review and processing.
  • Official Letter: Provide a formal letter on your organization’s letterhead detailing your request.
  • Non-Profit Status: Include your organization’s registered Non-Profit Tax ID number.
  • Frequency: Only one request per organization will be reviewed within a calendar year.
  • Processing Period: Please allow 2–4 weeks for a response to your submission.
  • Eligibility: Donations are reserved for organizations located within the Greater Bay Area.

Requests that meet these criteria will be thoughtfully reviewed, though we may not be able to accommodate every submission.
